After attaining a BS in Animal Science from NC State University in 1978 and then managing her family's restaurant for several years, Debbie began her career in veterinary medicine in 1985. She successfully managed multi-location AAHA accredited hospitals for 23 years. She began her business, 2 Manage Vets Consulting,LLC in 2009 offering her expertise to veterinary practices. She is a writer, trainer and nationally recognized speaker on veterinary practice management, team communication and development and client service.
Wendy graduated from Oklahoma State with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1988. She has been a successful practice owner, a part time communications coach for Colorado State's College of Veterinary Medicine, and she serves on the board of the American Animal Hospital Association. She has been instrumental in launching AAHA's NABA groups. As a consultant she works with veterinary teams to improve their communication skills, enabling them to build strong and loyal relationships with their clients.
